Why would we do that, Remember we are doing on a pure YB block and head and not the higher flowing Smith and Jones head and taller block for better rod angles,
It is harder to do the 1000hp on a YB for that reason,
Also I hear they are now having to rev it to 9k as it does not have the response lower down,
Rods engine is in his road car and need to still respond like that, We could easily make the power easier with the change on head and block but this will add a circa of 10k on top of what we have already spent.
