Hi mate check the gap on the crank and phase sensor tgey have to be so close 0.2 mm to get a spark it coukd of knocked out of position

As for tge relay not clicking take both relays out clean contacts plug back in or replace for new ones chevk wiring on both as well clean with sandpaper
