I'm back with following onto this topic however im wondering if anyone has done a projector light install using sapphire headlights. Any threads or pictures?

If so whats the best and safest way to grind down the flutes on the lenses? I've got some one who can do the projectors but they require for the lenses to be clear.

I can't find a service provider who can do this and will resort to doing it myself.
