Definitely going down the solid flywheel route, after seeing underdog s video of the difference it has to be tried. Just waiting to pick one up at a good price as the complete kit new is as much as the car cost!

mine will be slightly faster free revving than others because iv removed aircon pump and got an underdrive crank pulley but definately still worth changing. dual mass is the worst invention ever. definately was not needed on a 170.
