The Clutches seem to be a bit of a lottery, some people run 300bhp+ with the standard one were as others start to slip with just a remap, just a bit hit and miss really, 2007 cars seem to be the worst for it. From what I've heard the early cars came out with good clutches that could handle the torque, but people were complaining of a heavy clutch pedal so ford decided to change them to soften the pedal.
