It's 28lbft on my spec sheet - ARP 2000 with 3/8 head. Other bolts have other torquing figures, these being the lowest. It recommends measuring and noting the rod bolt lengths - they can be re-used if they have not stretched too much - saves money if you ever have to tear down the engine again - you just replace the ones that are no longer good. Use the lubricant on the threads and under the head of the bolt.
