I was thinking the opposite to be honest mate, I was wondering where everybody was. I know you can't have people in any of the areas where he is likely to be driving but there wasn't even anybody watching from a distance, it looked like they had totally cleared the surrounding areas apart from some of the roads.
Watch when he goes flying by the petrol station mate, you can see folk filling up as if nothing was happening
