It was always my aim to run the car on or about my 70th Birthday ive planned that for several years. Mark ran the first 200 run on my 59th.
I wanted to hold the record myself as ive always been slower than Mark. I could not go as fast as Mark that's for sure but 209+ would have been possible with me driving. The TGA I suffered means that stress & adrenaline are out for me as I don't want another its rather scary & has affected my confidence to risk it at Brunters.
However the longer I go feeling fine the more likely it is I will run the car again. If the legal risk side can be sorted I would allow someone else to drive if I cant. Anyone fancy it

I would certainly like to challenge SS it would be a great battle im sure, its a pity his car is not a Cossie.
SS is a stats man like me, my stats are with 680bhp the new engine will have around 300 more horses. 900bhp then a 100 shot on the Borg engine is what we have discussed running.
