I brought a transit connect a few months back which had a privet reg on it. The logbook is now obviously in my name and the dvla have told me that the plate is in my name and have the right to display it. But, as i dont have the V750 c.o.e. Do i have the right to sell it and if so how do i go about it.

This is rattling my brains id really apreciate some help.
