Given the quotes above where James the Cosworth technitian has advised you in writing what needs doing, I have seen the work report he made and I agree they all need doing, you the owner of teh car agree and can see they need doing... But the guy working on the car says they dont need doing?
Maybe you should find a new mechanic mate? I can see this ending in tears.
