I would stop obsessing over the VE values, if you just change your injector scale values slightly the whole lot shoots up or down anyway, so its more likely the estimate its made for your injectors is wrong than that your engine is not working correctly, get it on a rolling road if you want to see if its healthy and see if it makes the power it should. Or do a leakdown test etc.
Dont try and determine it from that table.
