You have to ask why you are doing it, for me it was active center diff and the availability of cheaper gearkit conversions.

I made all the bits for mine, cut, welded, milled, box rebuilt/props/hydraulics etc and its cost me approx £1500+ all i bought was the main components.

I have a few more fancy bits than most on it but budget at that price if you doing it yourself and expecting it to work.

I see no advantage in doing it and not controlling the center diff correctly.
