The Oxygen sensor only gives a signal between 0 and 0.2 volt, which normally means a lot of Oxygen present in the exhaust gas for whatever reason.
It should be switching between 0.2 and 0.8 volt in an ideal situation.
That is also why the short term fuel trim that goes up to 35.
The Long term fuel trim is probably disabled because a fault code is present.
However, your post cat Oxygen sensor has a contradicting signal. It gives a signal of 0.8 volt, meaning (almost) no Oxygen present. Now the catalyst will be using some Oxygen, but not that much.
Did you use an original sensor for the replacement?
