I think so yes, if the 4wd/abs fuse is pulled on an r32 there is no power out of the clutch at all, but with an r33 it wasn't as simple as that, I don't know if its pressure related or if there is some mechanical lock there but the 4wd wont completely disengage on an r33/r34 by disableing 4wd/abs.

martin will know, I had a 4wd fault on my r33 and the system wasn't engageing but it still applied 60lbft to the front hubs on the dynapack whereas an r32 will not it will just go 100% rwd.
