Hi all, help needed again

The series one won't start again

There's no fuel getting to the injectors however the car fires for a second and the plugs are wet so I assume the cold start injector is getting some fuel in. There's fuel getting to the metering unit as I have checked but none coming out of the 4 fuel lines
Now the car will go if bumped and runs not to bad but will not start off the key

Battery is new as are the tank, lines, filters,plugs dizzy etc etc

Any ideas pls
