On one of my local selling pages an elderly lady was selling her mk3 1.8 diesel for £200, lots of scrap people was offering her £120 ect so I paid the the full asking price and got straight round there! For a 19 year old car it's very clean, it's got 6 owners, 120k with a lot of paperwork and work done.

I've only done about £20 miles in it and it drives okay other than I think it needs the clutch looking at, seems to be a lot of vibration.

So now my plans are to look at putting a turbo onto it, a few other people have said take one of the mk5 1.8 td and it should go straight on.

What other parts will I need? Turbo, intercooler, exhaust manifold,
