The water pump belt is on perfectly.
I replaced the thermostat again just in case.

however, I have noticed something which I think is weird.
There are little tiny bubbles climbing back into the reservoir tank. (kinda like soda)
could it be a compression lose?! causing the pistons to rise the temperature of the water?
