Couple of things, have you fitted the Bosch 044 uprated fuel pump? Have you fitted Siemens 83lb injectors and the BD14 inlet cam as the MSD chip is programmed for them, not Grey injectors. Also you say the chip is for closed loop but I thought you need the lambada sensor as well. Are you still using a standard coil? Sounds silly but have you checked all the connections?
