I know of a 4x4 converted to 2wd, whereby they kept the 4x4 front end set up and just had the outer driveshaft cups machined back.
So in theory it can be done with just sourcing a box and prop. -if your happy to keep the rear end with 7"diff.
All depends if you want it done cheap or you want it done exactly as the 2wd setup.
