im one of 4 directors of the company so technically im a part owner of the truck...so im taking my materials down to my employees in my truck....I have nothing other than my driving licence entitlement of C1 and C1E OF 7.5 ton with trailer. its the grey area of hire or reward im wondering if I can get around? truthfully our driver broke his wrist during the week so im stuck for getting the stuff down south that's needed urgently.
obviously with my chequered driving history from my youth I wouldn't like to take a blatantly illegal risk but im less worried if its an argueable grey area?
whats the tenth of this month thing? id be back on the 7th?
