I guess you can get your cooling system pressure tested
then check for water in the bores
min oil pressure at 80,c 176,f at 750rpm 1.0 bar
at 2000 rpm 2.8 bar
relief valve opens at 4.0 bar, according to my haynes

your replacement turbo might also be worn
