Universal seems to mean a BMW fitment with an adaptor.

A diff swap not get you near where you need to be ? Certainly be a lot easier and cheaper ?
Or try and hunt down a Tractive gearbox ?
I am thinking about fitting the 4.3 CWP but there will always have a long 1st.
Got to stay a T5 casing (due to regs) can do what ever I want to the internals (can't put sequential in thou)
