Glenn its not hard but even if u preped it and had a bodyshop paint it should be cheap , just use paint stripper to remove the old shit back to metal use a etch primer a normal primer ur choice of colour and then clear , to re polish it mask up with a few layers of maskit tape arpund the edge in case u catch it , use a hard rubber block start with 320 grit and work your way up to 2000 then a good rub with some polish to make it shine i done a few on exchage before
