It just makes for a fairly simple diy build was all I was getting at and obviously it's proven. Perhaps I was lucky and managed to.pick a low milage example with matching box up fairly cheap. Quick freshen up and it's ready to drop in!

If however you couldn't find a decent one then the st170 bottom end standard blacktop head 1.8mm ford/1.5mm commetic hg would be the route to take without a doubt. Seems a decent way to build for 300hp with many people running similar without to many issues
