Water pump pulley bolts look fine mate, I had to trim mine with the engine, felt like my arm was gonna drop off with the hacksaw.

The engine mount ledge looks something like, give it a bit of a tidy up before you paint it.

Sump should be about right too, worst case might need a bit whizzing off, if you put the engine and box together before putting it all in the bay you will soon see if its sorted.
