Anyone have any idea's on what throttle cable to use?

it's a escort mk7 with a 2.1zvh running on omex600 well not running yet lol has a cosworth throttle body mated to efi intake manifold.

please help ive tried a fiesta xr2 throttle cable but not enough travel at engine side.

something with a disc ferrule pedal side and female socket engine side or if anyone knows if I can somehow fit a escort cosworth throttle pedal to my mk7 escort?
