They are all equally risky IME these days, low demand for CVH cams has left them being made by the lowest bidder in the far east... the chocolate quality reflects this.
Even in your engine mate I would still go with a Newman cam kit just so you don't destroy what's left of that moon mile engine! lol If you then decided to refresh the bottom end at some point (if it starts knocking or smoking) you already have a nice cam up top.
