It was checked by my Indy ( mr vanos) at the last service and was fine, plus the later cars had reinforced subframes. but I don't have a report. But due to it being an 06 plate it covered by bmws 10 year warranty and replaced for free. If you was really interested in the car I would pay to get coopers BMW to check it. About £100.
