I doubt you could fire it up on the road, private land or a controlled event maybe.
Just see it now sat in traffic stripping the car behind haha
It would also need air intake, don't think that would be a good idea inside a car with keys, wrappers, kids etc being sucked in.

It could be done just needs the right person with a warped mind
