IMO A048/R888/V70 are the next step upwards proper track compound that heats up and becomes very sticky.

I've used Toyo R888s and they are very good but i found tended to over heat after 10mins and car became sqwirmy. Kumho V70 much better and dont overheat the same (Rainbird found this also). I've not used Yoko A048s. The kumhos are probably slightly cheaper than the other 2.
^^ All of this, rsr's are quite noisy too if you're using them as a road tyre
