Mine is exactly the same I'm running different thermostat msd fan switch alloy rad, swirl pot going by my secs fans kick in at 90 degrees whether I'm driving at 60mph or stationary really is annoying I put it down to the rs 500 intercooler restricting the air flow cannot fault anything else the recent hot weather hasn't helped the fans are in and out all the time.
