My twin spall fans are in front of my radtec intercooler and never has an issue keeping it below 85 degrees at all .!althoe in this weather we've been having it's peaked at 94 degrees but I also have a gap between the rad and intercooler so the rad still gets air to it. Also I never run my coolant at the maximum mark I keep it under so it has ro to expand
