On your last pic its showing the brake pipe close to the shocker and also once you put the wheel back on and put the car back on the ground the arm will move up causing the pipe to bend and eventually snap. Might just be the way i am looking at the pic but that's the way it looks to me
it is a picture of a brake pipe i replaced on a Shitren Berlingo with a torsion beam rear axle
everything in the picture is fixed in position except the rubber flexi hose that the metal brake pipe mates into
