Auto box is good, no waiting, just very progressive.

I know that I am very much in a minority on this subject, but I can only speak from driving them 9 hours a day, with some degree of getting a shift on.
As mentioned, the Xdrive is a better handling one compared to the 2 wheel, and I also find the tourer handles better then the 2 wheel one.
Always nice to have a different opinion on stuff.
