What is the correct grade of oil to use in a standard ib5 box. I've had a quick look and think I can see its 75w90 but does it have to be fully synthetic?

Its only and old 1600 focus and I was going to just buy semi synthetic but if that will cause problems I'll just get better stuff rather than have to change it again afterwards!
