Id say within the next few months my mk3 mondeo 2.0 130 tdci 6 speed is going to need a new duel mass flywheel set up as its knocking and banging loudly when downshifting etc,

I may tackle the job at home as I can do it over a few days or however long I want to really as I don't use the car for work or anything. But I am in 2 minds whether to go solid flywheel set up or replace with another duel mass flywheel???

Any opinions or helpful hints to do the job or special tools needed please,
