iirc the standard tyre size on a 16" rim for the Mk7 Fiesta would be 195/45/16 but due to the rim width being 8J you'd want to be wider than that to avoid the dangerous (but often considered "cool" stretch), a 215/40/16 would give a very close rolling radius to standard but not sure if the offset would give the clearance needed.
