Ive a normal Sierra rack in my car ( Granada ) and it's around 2.5 turns lock to lock.
I read a post on here that said yes a Cossie has less turns...but it's because there are spacers inside the rack to limit travel so the larger wheels on the Cosworth didnt foul the car.
So it has less turns lock to lock...but only because it has less travel.
Whether it's true or not, I dont know, never actually looked at one.
Cosworth is 2.4, I have heard what you mentioned before, re the spacers.
It would be good to know if they are the same and the aforementioned is how Ford define a 'quick rack' lol.
