Yes there are some swedish and finnish Cosworth's using 205 blocks with concrete. In theory, it should add quite a bit of rigidity but I don't know how much in practise because you still have to have some room for the water. I recall some of these concrete blocks running around 400-600 bhp, but then again, there are also std 205 blocks with those power levels and some of them have been running with no problems.
