Me too Wedgie, I'm glad im not the only one now

I had my tappets changed for new ones (From Fords - Expensive!!!) and i've still got it. Mines an early 4x4 Red top engine without the cat.

Just learned to live with it now, I just let it warm up/cool down properly and change the oil every 3k.
