If it's all the gears it's un likely to be the box sounds more like a clutch fault. Like the clutch is not disengaging fully and the plate is dragging still letting drive into the box! If you have just done a hydraulic conversion I'd look at at not fully disengaging the clutch
Yeah, that's one of the things I'll look into, hopefully an easy fix.
Yes Glenn, goes in fine. Does when engines running, just not at revs!
