I no it's not the pinion seal
I've removed the nut already before and put a load of sealer around it which cured it for a while....
But I done it again last week and it lasted a week!!
Did u take the flange of and seal it?It has that washer under the 24mm nut which I couldn't get out??
I used loctite 5900 which is normally shit hot stuff

Thing is its a fully recon gripper diff which has done appx 600 mile at £1200!!!
