Having problems with my laptop (windows 7) it won't allow me to connect to anything wirelessly like my air printer etc & when I've tried to install new programmes it says I'm not connected to the internet?

It's doing my head in now but admittedly I'm USELESS around a computer

Help me pleeeeaaaaase
