You need to make sure they fit (the last part of the model number refers to the size of the injector - the 501z bit - if that's the same, they'll fit).
But you can't just put them in as the car will barely run, if at all. You can input the codes on the side of the injector and they should get the car running - but it will run like a bag of shit, as the code tells the ECU what parameters to run at - and second hand injectors won't have the same parameters that they had when they were new.
Ideally you need to get some injectors that have been properly reconditioned and given NEW codes - if they haven't then they HAVEN'T been properly reconned and you will run into the same problem again soon.
It's not going to be a cheap fix - so consider whether it's worth carrying on, or cutting your losses and moving the car on.
