Not used it in anger yet since fitting 3dr front hubs, GAZ Golds and EsCos rear ARB. I'm at Oulton for trackday next week though so will soon see.
The 3dr hubs raise the front roll centre from out of the ground, so I should have less front end roll to work with the stiffer rear ARB

Just had rear wheel arches replaced so the cars looking presentable at the moment.

Yeah, about 3.5 times stiffer than the standard 16mm bar, the Escort one. I've got all three, gone back to the 4wd 18mm size at the moment as I found the Escort one was a bit much with the normal beam. Might try it again now I've improved the rear with bits and bobs.
The 3-door hubs are good, it'll turn in quite a bit sharper with those
