The other thing i thought of last night seeing as we were talking about retro-fitting aircon.....Ive been looking at buying a donor Escort with the driver & passenger airbags,wiring,ecu,instrument cluster etc and fitting it to my Ecos . Thus making it compliant for Australia , I have asked Chalker his opinion on this and if he can import it as it seems the only thing stopping him is the Airbag issue . Just another avenue to explore
