Dan has sorted this issue for me and I now have my full Agreed Value covered again and have the paperwork to confirm it.

I've pmd him to say thanks directly and am now happy that the problem has been resolved to my satisfaction.

I wish I hadn't found it necessary to take to the web to get it sorted but fair play does still exist.
