I used Flux when I first built the car, but their rates went up and I moved to Need2Insure after recommendation on here. Then at renewal time they put an enormous increase through so I went back to Flux last year.

At renewal this year I discovered that they hadn't done the agreed value at all last year, which is why I've chased them repeatedly since I renewed, and now this.

My car isn't an RS, it's an XR so I don't think the RSOC will get involved but if Flux can do this to me it could happen to their members so they should know about this
