Default Replacing brake pipes

Rather than replace odd sections of corroded brake pipe each year for the MOT, I've decided to replace all the pipes in one go with cunifer. I have a Flaremaster 2 kit and the pipe. I also need this kit to make up some pipes for my 200sx so it makes sense to invest in the tools rather than pay a garage to do it.
Without disabling the car by taking the various unions apart, can anyone tell me what fittings I will need to use and where. So basically I'm after info including:
What fittings go into the ABS unit?
What fittings go into the flexible brake hoses?
Also, what flares do I need to make - double flares? Will they all be male apart from any unions I decide to put in mid pipe?
Are the fittings all M10 short/long 1mm fine pitch etc etc -
And any other info you think I might need to know.

Thanks very much.
