Get yourself on detailing world, that's the best place to ask. Personally I use Autoglym for black plastics as I really rate it, one of their better products, and the only Autoglym offering I'd use!

I heard about some people using heat guns and all sorts, but you're obviously best to take the sensible non-permanent restore option before you get too drastic and start painting bits.
